Comarch Starts Cooperation with Link 4 Life

Life insurance agency ‘Link 4 Life has decided to begin cooperation with Comarch in order to improve customer service on a continuous basis. Comarch will be providing and implementing solutions developed specifically for life insurance agencies.

Comarch systems will support Link 4 Life employees and call center consultants in all business processes and will also enable the dynamic development of the agency’s overall service.  In addition, Link 4 Life has chosen to implement a system which will allow their customers to make the insurance contracts and receive further services via the Internet.

The strategy of Link 4 Life consists of using innovative, direct channels in distributing and operating life insurances, which is supported by introducing new products.  “This strategy has been the grounds for deciding upon Comarch systems, which ensures  improved business processes automation and the possibility of quicker and more effective promotion of new products”, says Agnieszka Patoleta, a Link 4 Life Board member.
