Asseco Slovakia took 5th place in the category „Company of the Year 2008 – TREND’s Annual Prize for Outstanding Business Results“ according to TREND TOP prestigious ranking. The above mentioned ranking is regularly made up by economic weekly TREND according to 2007 consolidated financial results of all companies (financial and non-financial) operating on Slovak market regardless of sector.

This year only four IT companies placed among TOP 40. Eset (worldwide supplier of  NOD32 Antivirus – the proactive antivirus and antispyware software solution to eliminate viruses, spyware, adware, worms, trojans, rootkits and other malware before system attack) placed 1st. Asseco Slovakia took 5th place followed by two other IT companies ranked 33rd and 38th.

In terms of 2007 consolidated revenues in the amount of SKK 2,48 mld. Asseco Slovakia ranked 141st.
