Established in 2009, the competition was developed by the Marketing Insiders Group as a way to recognise the exceptional contributions of both contact centre-focused companies and their respective employees across 30 categories.

In 2015, Conectys will be competing for the title of “Best Large Call Center”. The change in category was prompted by a 50% increase in the call entre employee base since the previous year, when the company earned the “Best Medium Sized Call Center in Romania” award at the RCCA.

Runners up in this section will be evaluated based on their recruitment and employee development processes, client and end customer satisfaction driven partnerships, as well as technological innovations, to name a few.

The finalists will be interviewed in the following weeks, and the award will be presented to the winner of each category on March 26, 2015, during the Romanian Contact Center Awards Gala.
