After producing excellent results on the project implementing SAP solutions in the company Zdravlje Actavis, Leskovac, the company Actavis has continued cooperation with b4b on the Actavis Ltd. project in Belgrade.

The project includes the functionality of SAP sales and distribution, procurement, warehouse operations, finance and controlling, and is based on the solutions provided in Leskovac. In accordance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, the project activities include the validation of implementation. Name of the project is symbolic: ActSAP – Actavis, SAP implementation and ASAP methodology.
