De Novo, a company providing professional IT services, announces establishment of a research center De Novo Laboratory. The Laboratory is based on a hardware and software system priced at about 5 Mio hryvnias. With the help of the research center, De Novo experts will be able to simulate information systems and environments designed and implemented within major projects. This will enable consumers of De Novo professional services to considerably lower the risks, expenses, and, respectfully, total cost of projects.

“De Novo Laboratory launch is one of the essential milestones of the company’s road map“, Maxim Ageyev, De Novo Chief Executive Officer, says. “Moreover, considering the present economic situation, this platform will be of special importance, because the consuming companies are forced to spare their IT budgets as much as possible.”

De Novo Laboratory research center has several objectives aimed at enhancing the quality of services provided by the company and cutting of costs incurred by De Novo clients. Above all, the Laboratory is a tool designed to engineer systems which meet the clients’ requirements and expectations to the uttermost. Due to its heterogeneous structure, the quantity of available resources and innovative approach applied to the laboratory landscape management, it is possible to simulate in the Laboratory a model of almost any environment presently in operation in Ukrainian companies.

De Novo Laboratory’s resources will also be used to design customized (maximally adapted and optimized) technical solutions, develop the methods and tools of their replication by the client.”

The Laboratory’s computer center features an IT landscape management system and a set of logical architecture model libraries. They allow using the software and hardware resources to design an environment capable of a high-precision imitation of the client’s computational infrastructure, thus, considerably enhancing the new systems design and prototyping precision. Besides, De Novo Laboratory allows De Novo solution developers carrying out of simultaneous research on all technological levels – from engineering infrastructure to business applications.
In addition to its basic functions, the Laboratory is a De Novo product sample in the field of design and implementation of complex information systems. To establish the research center, the experts applied De Novo signature methods of project management and used the most advanced approaches to the IT infrastructure development.
