The new Dell’s Authorized Service Provider status allows DEAC to offer customers on-site servers, data storage and other Dell equipment diagnostics, repair, and to ensure prompt delivery or replacement of defective parts, warranty and after sales service. Further this will allow to serve customers needs more immediately.
“The current cooperation with Dell has been very successful. We’ve got Authorized Distributor and Enterprise Architecture Certified Partner statuses. The new status is a logical step towards service improvement because quality of data center operator mainly depends on how efficient and strong is its cooperation with the equipment and software suppliers,” the benefits of new partnership status discusses DEAC CEO Andris Gailitis.
New partnership status guarantees more professional technical support as all technicians working on Dell systems must be appropriately certified under the DCSE program – thereby regular participation in training organized by the Dell is mandatory requirement.
“In order to get Dell’s Authorized Service Provider status, DEAC had met certain DASP accreditation program requirements that apply to both the company’s technical staff qualifications (obtained certificates DCSE, ESF1 soon ESF2 areas) and the ongoing enterprise management, spare parts logistics and customer service processes,” a newly acquired Dell partnership status describes A.
