Deloitte’s survey will enable Serbian companies to compare their IT business balance with European companies’ results, but will enable the comparison on local and regional levels as well.

Deloitte has launched international IT business balance survey. Survey is being conducted for several years in West European countries, and will be launched for the first time in Serbia. Some hundred Serbian companies, banks and insurers will be invited to participate in the inquiry.

The goal of the survey is to obtain an idea of how well-aligned IT is with business needs and demands, and conversely, how well IT can and wants to support the business. The survey will include issues such as: strategic approach to IT; IT governance; IT outsourcing; security, privacy and fraud.
