EDUSOFT developed and implemented a software system for administrative statistics and record of complaints in the municipality of Gjorche Petrov in Skopje, Macedonia.

The module for administrative statistics automates the process of keeping records of data that are related to handling the complaints and suggestions, and also provides simple ways for generation of statistical reports.

The module for complaints automates the process of keeping records of data relating to handling the complaints and suggestions, or information contained in the UPP form. Based on the data entered, the application allows generating report data related to handling the complaints and proposals.
