EDUSOFT, in a consortium with NEOCOM, signed a contract with the Ministry of Justice for the development and implementation of a WEB application for recording Notaries, Mediators, Court Enforcement Agents and Lawyers. The software application will consist of two components:

• A public component, which will contain public information that does not require access privileges, and
• A protected component that only authorized users can access. This component will be used for:
  
  • Administering the public component of the application
  • Administering user access, in order to secure data integrity
  • Improving the work of the Sector for supervising the work of notaries, mediators and court enforcement agents, within the Ministry of Justice
  • Assisting the notaries in their work. They will be granted access to specific information

The module intended for the Secretary of the Sector for supervising the work of notaries, mediators and court enforcement agents, within the Ministry of justice, will include:

• An electronic file of the notary, i.e. mediator or court enforcement agent
• Reports from regular and special supervisions
• Assigned discipline measures
• Reviewing the cases received from courts
• Creating structured reports
• A statistics module
• A module that enables the candidates to apply on-line for the exam
• A module that enables the candidates that are taking the exam, to verify the sent application
• A module for publishing the results from the conducted exams
• A module for searching/browsing according to different criteria
• By the area of the Basic court
• By municipality
• By name and surname
• A module for displaying the legal regulative
• A module for informing and publishing news
