The 2010 European Outsourcing Association (EOA) Summit in Brussels will bring together  the world’s leading outsourcing suppliers, end users and support service providers for a two day conference focusing on the latest innovations, trends and developments in the European outsourcing market. Furthermore, for the first time, best practice in pan-European outsourcing will be rewarded and celebrated with the inaugural European Outsourcing Association Awards held at the end of the first day.

As such the EOA is bringing together the key players across Europe to discuss the reality of pan-European outsourcings and help direct Europe’s influence on the global economy, whilst discussing the idiosyncracies and nuances of each of the European outsourcing markets. The Summit will equally explore the outsourcing mega-deal as well as the advent of multi-sourcing.

The first day of the EOA Summit gives all attendees the opportunity to participate in a National Outsourcing Association Workshop masterclass, the first step along the way of an accredited qualification in outsourcing. Two levels of masterclass will be run simultaneously, catering for the diverse levels of outsourcing experience in attendance.
