Epicor® Extends Value-Added Reseller Partnership with Alna Business Solutions

Expanding First Line Support Services for Local Customers

Epicor Software Corporation (NASDAQ: EPIC), a leading provider of enterprise business software solutions to the midmarket and Global 1000 companies, today announced the re-signing of a value-added reseller (VAR) partnership in Lithuania with Alna Business Solutions. Part of the Alna Group, they provide local business technology services such as system design, integration, updates, support and maintenance. Alna Business Solutions has been an Epicor partner in Estonia and Lithuania since 1996.

“We are delighted to extend our support services for customers in Lithuania through Alna Business Solutions,” said Stefan Westelius, vice president of channels and alliances EMEA for Epicor. “Because Alna Business Solutions has worked with us for quite some time in the Baltic region we know that they have the internal skills and resources needed to offer outstanding support to Epicor customers. They have a well established local support centre and experienced staff that speaks Lithuanian, and with this agreement we will now be able to offer first line support for Epicor products from a local office. Their services complement what we already offer through our other partners in the region.”

Apart from providing local support services, Alna Business Solutions will also focus on business development, selling and implementing the full suite of Epicor enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. Epicor currently has over 300 customers in the region.
