On 8 and 9 June, the Zofin Palace in Prague will host the 17th international conference Systemova integrace 2009. The main topic for this year is: dynamic changes in the world economy today and using IT to improve company efficiency. The conference will be also attended by a number of experts from ANECT a.s., the key partner of the event.

Petr Mojzis, for instance, will give a lecture on Dynamic Changes in Economy, in which he is going to explain in what way communication technologies can help companies in time of economic hardship. Jan Sobota will focus on Advanced Technologies and How They Influence Efficiency of Company IT, and he will discuss various security and credibility issues. Jiri Borej and Jan Brodsky are going to give a presentation on Managed Services in Practice. The next day Michal Seidl will talk about Practical Experiences of ANECT a.s. with Introducing ITIL.

Furthermore, the participants of the conference will discuss tried-and-tested as well as new effective links between IT and business, or IT and public service. The presentations will show IT solutions that have brought economic effects to companies and public service and that have supported newly created business models. Among IT trends that have been very dynamic lately, there are creating social networks, “cloud computing” and “software as a service” – all of those have already considerably lowered IT costs of many companies, and made their IT more flexible to business requirements.

The conference aims to demonstrate fast and effective ways of implementation of new information and communication technologies that would increase company efficiency and success. The event is being organized the Czech Society for Systems Integration and the Department of Information technologies of the University of Economics in Prague, in cooperation with companies CACIO, ISACA, itSMF, SPIS and SSSI.
