The fifth Round of the Programming Contest of Musala Soft and PC Magazine Bulgaria Under the Aegis of Microsoft Bulgaria

Microsoft Bulgaria supported the fifth round of the programming contest, organized by Musala Soft and PC Magazine Bulgaria. Microsoft contributed in creating the problem task and provided the awards for the participants.

The winner of this round was Ivan Todorov, 11th grade student, followed by Ivaylo Boqdzhiev and Gospodin Bodurov. The prizes were bestowed on 25th of March at Musala Soft’s office in the World Trade Center – Interpred. Ivan Todorov took the big award – laptop with Windows Vista. Second and third place won respectively Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000 and Microsoft Digital Media Pro Keyboard.

Among the guests were present – Georgi Bouchkov, Academic Developer Manager at Microsoft Bulgaria, Natalia Dimitrova, Public Relations Manager at Microsoft Bulgaria, Tervel Niagolov, editor-in-chief of PC Magazine Bulgaria and Delyan Lilov, CEO of Musala Soft.

“For sixth consecutive year Microsoft Bulgaria supports the organization of this competition. We believe that it enrolls the most talented young Bulgarian programmers. It’s important for us to give them the opportunity to express their potential. ” – stated Georgi Bouchkov.

“Bulgarian talents in the field of Informatics deserve to be encouraged and stimulated, so we, at Musala Soft, are extremely happy of our long-standing cooperation in the organization of the contest, with company such as Microsoft Bulgaria.” – commented Delyan Lilov.

Currently is running the sixth round of the programming contest, which is under the patronage of the Bulgarian Association of Software Developers (BASD).
