FreeSoft led consortium

The FreeSoft led consortium as winner of a public procurement tender signed a frame contract with Central Services Directorate General (KSZF).

Central Services Directorate General (KSZF, 1055 Budapest, Kossuth ter 2-4.) announced on 3rd of October, 2008 the result of the public procurement tender for purchasing certified records management software and related services. One of the corporate enterprise module winners was the consortium led by FreeSoft Plc. On 29th of November, 2008 KSZF has put the public procurement procedure back to the phase of technological negotiations. In FreeSoft’s present notice we announce the same results of the public procurement tender.

FreeSoft Plc. (1037 Budapest, Montevideo u. 8.) informs the participants of the financial and capital market that KSZF signed frame contracts in for a total allocation of 10 billion +50% HUF with the 3-3 winners (3 for corporate enterprise module, 3 for small company module) of the public procurement tender for purchasing certified records management software and related services. One of the corporate enterprise module winners is the consortium led by FreeSoft Plc. The members of the consortium beside FreeSoft are Synergon Informatics Plc., Bull Hungary Ltd., Axis Consulting 2000 Ltd. (subsidiary of FreeSoft) and Banksoft Ltd (subsidiary of FreeSoft) – as a subcontractor for more than 10% of the activities of the winner consortium.

The consortium won the public procurement tender with FreeSoft’s self-developed Contentum product family.
