Gartner CIO Leadership Forum is an executive-only program, designed to explore critical business, technology and leadership strategies. This exclusive event was created with direct input from more than 1,000 top CIOs.

Deliver Results Now
As the first quarter of 2010 closes, CIOs will re-assess their commitments amid an uncertain economic environment. How will expectations, delivery and action change? In this track CIOs will learn where they stand, how they can accelerate execution of 2010 results and how to set the foundation for 2011 and beyond.

Prepare for the Upturn
Economic recovery is not a matter of if. It’s a matter of when. For CIOs, economic recovery will not mean a return to traditional IT. How will the rule books change? What actions must they take now? In this track CIOs will focus on decisions and actions that will position their enterprises for success during the upturn and will secure their personal reputations as business leaders.

Navigate the Next Opportunities and Threats
Decisions that CIOs and senior executives make in 2010 and 2011 will shape their enterprises long into coming decade. What opportunities, threats and challenges are on the horizon? In this track CIOs will learn about high-impact forces on the horizon and devise strategic roadmaps to lead their enterprises through the next three to five years.
