Godeltech Helps PAM to Launch Occupational Health Portal

GodelTech has developed and launched a new software application to hold occupational health records for People Asset Management Occupational Health Solutions (PAM Occupational Health) this month.

PAM Occupational Health provides occupational health services such as sickness absence management and employment health screenings, to a range of multi-national public and private sector clients. The business was formed in 2004 as a result of an opportunity to supply its services to the leading high street retailer ASDA part of the Wal-Mart family.

Ian Jones, Head of IT at PAM Occupational Health said:

“Our existing software application had been in use for around two years but it had become evident that, as the businesses grew, it wouldn’t be able to cope with demand.
“We chose to work with GodelTech after receiving a recommendation from a contact. We’d looked at a number of companies but GodelTech’s attitude and approach to business set them apart from the rest, along with their cost effective nearshoring model.

“By utilising an extended development and quality assurance team, GodelTech built a new, bespoke application providing a range of online services designed to provide clients with advanced security, efficiency and optimum KPI performance. It has helped both us and our clients to work more efficiently and cut down the bureaucracy associated with record keeping.”

GodelTech MD, Terry Bland, added:

“We were pleased that our fast-growing reputation for innovative, high quality work with our unique delivery approach led to our contract with PAM Occupational Health.”

GodelTech’s recent contract wins have included, The Co-operative Group, Tesco Mobile, CACI, 2ergo and Parasol. The company employs 80 people and has offices in the UK and Minsk, Belarus.
