In the course of the main Gurtam partner conference «Telematics 2012. Anniversary», held on November 21-24 not far from Minsk, Aliaksandr Kuushynau, Chief Marketing Officer, presented to the attention of the audience, which gathered more than 130 people from different countries, the modifications which will be introduced to the partner program since the beginning of the year 2013.

Gurtam representative once again highlighted the company orientation towards working through the dealer network. In fact, by the end of the year 2012, more than 500 operator and integrator companies from more than 60 countries offer GPS and GLONASS tracking services all over the world, using Wialon software platform. The partner program, providing for attestation and ranking of the companies using Wialon, was introduced in 2012, and in return the companies received the whole range of financial, as well as non-financial benefits. Today, 9 companies have acquired the status of «gold», 59 – «silver» and 110 – «bronze» Gurtam partners. In order to improve the level of knowledge and professional development of Gurtam partners’ personnel, the three-level training and certification system for specialists, working with Wialon, is launched.

In the year 2013 many companies – members of the partner program receive one more undeniable advantage. During the partner conference Aliaksandr Kuushynau declared that since the beginning of a new year Gurtam stops selling Wialon-packages for less than 500 tracking objects by itself in particular countries. Regions where a new sales policy is introduced were selected on the basis of availability of high-level partners and market positions, occupied by Wialon Pro and Wialon Hosting there. Therefore, since the beginning of a new year in Belarus, Russia, Georgia, Estonia, Ukraine, Armenia, Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Azerbaijan and in Central America Wialon Pro and Wialon Hosting will be distributed almost exclusively through the dealer network.

Commenting on the innovation, Aliaksandr Kuushynau mentioned: «We hope that having transferred all the sales to our dealers we will help them to move to a new level of business development.
