Helios Orange Supports an International Assistance Center

The company Eurocross joined the portfolio of the Helios Orange system’s clients at the beginning of 2009. It acquired this information system by LCS thanks to a recommendation of its accounting company, which has long and successfully provided services for its customers through this system.

The company EuroCross International is an international and domestic assistance center providing a nonstop support to the clients of more than 75 insurance and other companies from 18 states. Thanks to over 25 million clients having access to its services EuroCross International belongs to the greatest assistance centers in Europe.

EuroCross International assists clients of insurance companies in various unexpected situations, which they might be confronted with both abroad and in their countries: accidents, illnesses, injuries, deaths, premature returns to homeland, cars out of order, thefts or losses of documents etc. The assistance is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, always in the mother language of the concrete client and it is coordinated from the headquarters in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, and from the offices in Belgium, Prague, Sophia and Warsaw.
