HERMES SoftLab, a founding memeber of itSMF forum in Slovenia will sponsor a two-day workshop called “How do you manage your services if you do not know them?”. The workshop will be held by a respectable member of international itSMF community Christian F. Nissen between November 27th and 28th.

The key focus will be on theoretical and practical presentation of the transition from service porftolio through service catalogue to service level agreements.
