HERMES SoftLab, a ComTrade company, today announced the release of a new Siebel CRM PRO-Enabled Management Pack for Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager. The PRO-Enabled Management Pack complements our existing Siebel CRM Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager by providing performance and resource optimization (PRO) tips that enable the administrators to effectively manage virtual infrastructure surrounding Siebel CRM.
