Kazakhstan delegation headed by Umirzak Shukeyev, Chairman of the Board of ”Samruk-Kazyna“, visited HTP within the frames of the visit of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev to the Republic of Belarus.

Following the meeting between top-management of the Fund and HTP Administration, the parties signed Memorandum of Cooperation. The signing ceremony took place on May 14th, 2012.

The Memorandum provides for cooperation developing between HTP residents and Fund’s companies, as well as for information exchange, assistance in creating and promoting own and joint software projects, collaboration in the field of professional education and business incubation, running joint exhibitions, ”road shows“, etc.

The agreements reached between HTP and Sovereign Wealth Fund ”Samruk-Kazyna“ are expected to enhance innovative potential and investment attractiveness of hi-tech both in the Republic of Belarus and in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to encourage technology transfer, which the Kazakh side showed interest in.

During the visit both sides discussed and exchanged experience in development of ICT industry and IT companies, analyzed possibilities of scientific and technical cooperation.
