From May 19 to May 22, IBA took part in the international exhibition Belarusian Industrial Forum that was held in Minsk, Belarus. This year, the forum included the following events:

• Specialized Exhibition “Energy & Resource Saving”
• Industrial Exhibition “BELPROMEXPO: Modern Works”
• Specialized Exhibition ”Welding”
• Symposium “Technologies. Equipment. Quality”

More than 200 companies from Belarus, Latvia, Russia and Ukraine attended the largest exhibition of power efficient technologies in Belarus.

For the third consecutive year, IBA participated in the Belarusian Industrial Forum. This time, IBA was awarded a Diploma for the state-of-the-art solutions presented and active participation in the event.

Representatives of Belarusian state governing bodies attended the event. At the opening ceremony, Vladimir Semashko, First Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus, welcomed the participants on behalf of the Belarusian government.

At the IBA booth, the company presented its recession-proof concept “Business processes automation: competitive advantage and resource saving”. Visitors had an opportunity to learn more about:

• The IBA proprietary IT solutions based on CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM technologies of Parametric Technology Corporation (РТС)
• Industrial enterprise management solutions based on ERP II Microsoft Dynamics AX

In addition, IBA and PTC showcased the following software products:

• Mathcad

On May 20, IBA jointly with PTC conducted the seminar “Modern systems of product lifecycle management as an instrument to increase profit and competitive capacity”. More than 50 CAD experts participated in the seminar that featured the following presentations:

• Comprehensive IT implementation strategies to ensure profitability and increase of turnover at the enterprise by Siarhei Stsiapanenka, IBA Department of PLM/PDM Solutions
• Pro/ENGINEER 5.0: New features and Mathcad features by Sergei Butiaga, PTC Technical Training Manager.
