On April 29, IBA and Microsoft conducted the seminar “ERP II Microsoft Dynamics AX for enterprises of wholesale, retail, and logistic networks”. Held in Minsk, Belarus, the event was aimed to present the capabilities of the ERP II Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX 2009) system.

More than fifty executives and top managers, heads of IT and automation departments, and IT specialists from more than 30 enterprises of retail, wholesale and logistic networks attended the workshop. The participants discussed how to optimize inventory and procurement, and to boost company’s revenue, volume of sales, and its competitive capacity.

Sergei Levteev, IBA CEO, and Vasili Karpitsky, Microsoft representative in Belarus, greeted the participants.

IBA delivered presentations on the following topics:

• ERP II Microsoft Dynamics AX: prime advantages and functionality.
• Planning and managing sales, order processing, movement of goods, inventory and procurement, and cooperation with contractors.
• Planning and managing prices, discount systems, cash flows, and internal and external settlements
• Cost and payback of a project based on ERP II Microsoft Dynamics AX.
