On March 12, IBA took part in the conference DOCFLOW 2009 Kazakhstan on electronic document management automation, held in Astana, Kazakhstan. For the second consecutive year, IBA exhibited jointly with NAMIP, an IT company from Russia.

IBA presented its proprietary software product, the electronic document management (EDM) system Chancellor localized for Kazakhstan.

Visitors to the IBA booth learnt more about the new user interface, and tried newly-added functions in use, including:

• End-to-end information retrieval
• User menu customization
• Screen output.

In addition, IBA delivered a report on creation of EDM systems for state organizations.
