On May 20, IBA sponsored DOCFLOW 2009 Conference & Expo  that was held in Moscow, Russia. DOCFLOW is a major event in Electronic Document Management (EDM) systems.

Docflow 2009 brought together hardware and software developers, system integrators, leading industry analysts, journalists, and other experts. This year, 66 companies exhibited at the show, more than 2,000 visitors attended the event, and 350 users were watching key presentations online. Igor Schegolev, Minister for Information and Mass Communication of Russia, visited the event and addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.

At its booth, IBA presented:

• The IBA proprietary software product, the EDM system Chancellor
• IBM Cognos–based solutions .

At the event, IBA delivered the following presentations:

• IBM Cognos–based workflow management system: OLAP reporting module
• Creation of Chancellor–based EDM systems: IBA experience.
