From October 4 to October 8, IBA Group participated in European Tivoli Technical Conference that took place in Dresden, Germany. More than 440 participants from 29 countries attended the conference. The event became a venue for IBM product experts and IBM Business Partners who presented new products and solutions, and European customers who wanted to learn more about IBM Tivoli/Maximo development strategy and implementation practice.
The program of the conference included an exhibition, numerous presentations, workshops, discussions, and networking events.
Cooperation of IBA and IBM in maintenance and support of the IBM Tivoli products started in 1995. As IBA has participated in the IBM Tivoli Deployment Accreditation program since 2009, the organizers of the event invited IBA to participate in the conference.
At its booth, IBA Group showcased its integrated solutions. In addition, IBA presented on its demo stand a single solution on integration of IBM Tivoli Monitoring products with Service Desk based on IBM Tivoli Service Request Manager. The solution also demonstrated how IBM Tivoli Business Service Manager can be used for visualization of business processes of an IT service provider.
Marti Lombardi, IBM Tivoli Deployment Accreditation Program Manager, underscored the advanced level of the IBA Group expertise in IBM Tivoli/Maximo implementation. The IBA proficiency in that area is proved by IBM certificates. Ms. Lombardi went on to say about further cooperation within the IBM Tivoli Deployment Accreditation Program, and wished IBA every success.
