IBA Group participated in the 2009 European Outsourcing Summit  that was organized by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) from October 15 to October 16 in Copenhagen, Denmark. A part of IAOP’s Outsourcing World Summit® Conference Series, the summit was designed to meet the educational and business development needs of outsourcing professionals in Europe.

The program included keynote sessions, educational sessions, panel discussions, an exhibition, and networking events. IBA Group served as an exhibition sponsor of the summit.

The attendees of the summit shared their ideas on how to use outsourcing to rebuild the global economy in times of the world economic recession. For IBA Group, the track sessions on real world case studies and outsourcing 2.0 were of particular importance.
