On September 19, IBA Group participated in DOCFLOW Ukraine 2012 as the event’s sponsor. Held in Kiev, Ukraine, the scientific and technical conference and exhibition focused on enterprise content management (ECM) and electronic document management (EDM). DOCFLOW Ukraine has been held since 2005 and today is the largest Ukrainian event dedicated to document management systems. This year, representatives of more than 40 software developers, system integrators, and hardware manufacturers attended the event.

Within the section Successful Project, Oksana Trusova, IBA Minsk, spoke about the Chancellor-based project implemented by IBA for BPS-Sberbank. The new system allows for working with electronic documents within a network that unites central office and more than 40 bank branches. In addition, a user can work with the system via iPad.
Within the section EDM Systems, Alexander Trukhan, PhD, IBA Minsk, delivered a presentation on business process automation for a retailing company. Trukhan told how to automate workflow business processes, create a territorially distributed system, differentiate access rights, and provide remote users with a possibility to work in a single information space.

During the event, IBA Group held talks with Ukrainian ministries and agencies; commercial, industrial, and financial organizations; engineering, fuel, energy, and telecommunication companies; banks; universities; and research institutes.
