From October 28 to October 29, IBA participated in the conference “Informatization of Education 2010” that took place in Minsk, Belarus. The conference was organized by the UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education (IITE), the Ministry of Education of Belarus, the Belarusian State Pedagogical University, the Belarusian State University, and the Infopark association.

The conferees discussed the following issues:

• Development of information and educational environment within the creation of information society in Belarus
• Widespread adoption of the latest information and pedagogical technologies in Belarusian educational institutions
• Use e-learning resources of new generation.

At the event, IBA presented its proprietary product e-University, a software platform that supports online distant learning.

At its booth, IBA provided multiple consultations on using the IBA online distant learning system in educational institutions. In addition, IBA participated in the master class “Information Science and Information Technologies in Higher Educational Institutions”.
