Recently, JV International Business Alliance (IBA) and SAP CIS reentered into partnership agreement within the Partner Program. The agreement is valid until December 31, 2008. SAP reappointed IBA as Service Partner for the implementation of SAP solutions.

SAP CIS appreciates high quality and positive results of key projects implemented by IBA in Belarus. As an SAP Service Partner, IBA is entitled to implement SAP solutions for large-scale corporate customers in the CIS countries.

SAP Project for the Belarusian Railway

As a general contractor, IBA performs a complete cycle of SAP ERP 6.0 end-to-end implementation for the Belarusian Railway. SAP consultants and developers adjust SAP modules to the Belarusian legislation and business processes of the customer, implement functionality specific for rail transportation, including internet services for shipping companies based on SAP NetWeaver Portal, and implement integration with technological subsystems of the customer. As of 2007, the “Budgeting and Finance”,”“Consolidation and Balance” budgeting systems, and Typical Accounting and HR subsystems are in an operation and maintenance phase.

In February 2008, the IBA project became finalist in “European IT Excellence Awards”.

SAP Project for Gomelenergo

In 2008, IBA’s SAP consultants carried out SAP ERP 6.0 implementation (including Financial Accounting, Asset Accounting, Controlling/Cost Accounting, Materials Management, and Sales Management) for GomelEnergo. Today, the system is prepared for an operation and maintenance phase.
