Interconsult Bulgaria (ICB) won the 4th place in the 9th national conference “Business Management Systems”, organised by IDG Bulgaria and coorganised by CEIBG & ISACA – Sofia Chapter. Our presentation, called “Is investment in a new informationsystem just?” was divided in two parts was awarded the average score of 5.23, as the majority of the attendees thought of it as very useful. The presentation was divided in two parts.

Bistra Palazova presented the methodology section and Todor Dimov explained the processes during an information system implementation.

Bistra Papazova is Head of Management Consulting Department at Interconsult Bulgaria. She has participated in consulting projects related to Balanced scorecard, business process management, process-based information system requirements, and ARIS implementation at Nuclear Power Plant Kozloduy, Prista Oil, E.ON Bulgaria, Siemens Bulgaria, Sofiyska Voda and other leading companies.
