Stoyan Boev is Managing Director of InterConsult Bulgaria (ICB) – a leading Bulgarian management consulting and software company. Being a member of the Managing Board of the Bulgarian Association of Information Technologies (BAIT), a member of the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies (BASSCOM) and a founder of the Bulgarian ICT cluster Mr. Boev is one of the key figures on the Bulgarian ICT market development.
