For the second year in a row, ICL Services, one of Russia’s largest providers of IT outsourcing services, was included in the Global Outsourcing 100 listing, which is published each year by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals  (IAOP).

It is noted that The Global Outsourcing 100 has been formed by an independent panel of IAOP judges for as long as 12 years.

The study was conducted according to a strict ranking methodology with the use of independent feedback from key accounts who have extensive experience in the selection of outsourcing providers and advisors for their organizations.

ICL Services received its honorary stars for the first time in 2016, in the categories “customer feedback”, “achievements in innovation” and “corporate social responsibility”.
