I am convinced that the event of such level should have a positive impact on the effectiveness of the tasks facing the industry, within the framework defined the presidential Program of Economic Reforms for 2010-2014 «A rich society, a competitive economy, effective government», – the chairman of the State Telecommunication Service Sergiy Krasnokutsky stressed in an official letter to Forum.
