IDS Scheer Recognized for Outstanding Performance as an SAP® Channel Partner in Customer Satisfaction Survey

IDS Scheer, the leading international solution provider of Business Process Management (BPM), has received exceptionally high markings in SAP’s annual channel partner customer satisfaction survey for the U.S

In the latest “SAP Customer Satisfaction Survey for U.S. Channel Partners” for the period of Q1-Q3 2009, IDS Scheer received an overall benchmark score of 119 in comparison to an average score of 77 based on customer survey responses regarding competitive advantage, overall performance, likelihood to repurchase, and if they would recommend IDS Scheer to others. 1,601 people were interviewed for the survey. IDS Scheer was rated with at least a 9.1 or 9.2 out of ten in all four categories, against average scores of 7.2-7.3. The company’s highest scores were in ease of doing business with 9.4 and responsiveness was 9.3.

The survey was conducted by TNS™, a leading market research group. Respondents were gathered through an email invitation to fill in an online questionnaire.
