The III International Conference on corporate communication systems completed

October 6, 2009, the Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine hosted under the auspices of Networks & Business magazine the III International Conference “Unified Communications – a new stage of convergence”. This year, Microsoft became a strategic partner of the Conference, with thematic areas dedicated to the organization of business communications being sponsored by Alcatel-Lucent and Polycom. At the invitation of the Steering Committee, the Conference was attended by Valery Kutsyy, CEO Miratech, and Alexey Perekatov, Miratech Vice President, Corporate Marketing. The attendance of one of the leading system integrators in Ukraine suggests that the cooperation of IT companies and the business community moves from being communicated to reality.

The Forum was addressing the opportunities which are practically applicable with unified communications tools. Unsurprisingly, reliable communication mechanisms, flexibility of production processes with emphasis on teamwork, the ability to quickly and adequately respond to changing business situation – all this is indispensable to the success of any enterprise these days. Keeping the pace of time, developers offer the ready-made solutions, some of which were introduced at the Conference. It should be noted that most of them are based on a solid foundation of the practical expertise of Ukrainian system integrators who are actively promoting their developments in the domestic market. In particular, Alcatel-Lucent showcased its OmniPCX Enterprise based solutions, the Dynamic Enterprise concept, and My Teamwork Conferencing and Collaboration software package.
