On the 6th of July at the 4th National Conference of Association of Small Towns of Ukraine, Infopulse specialists presented Citizen Service Platform to the authorities of Ukrainka.

Citizen Service Platform simplifies communication between the citizens and local authorities by automatic processing of incoming letters and requests.

In order to ensure effective operation of Citizen Service Platform, an electronic document management system will be installed at the municipal administration.

Among the visitors of the Conference there were the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko, the Ambassador of Norway Olav Berstad, representatives from UN Development Program in Ukraine, GTZ and more than 300 heads of towns.
