Intercomp Global Services announces expansion of its operations to Brazil and Oman. Intercomp is already delivering services to more than 500 clients varying in size from 1 to 14,000 employees across 34 countries. The start of the services providing in Brazil and Oman illustrates the company’s global ambition. To satisfy the Clients’ demand of the services Intercomp offers multicountry payroll solutions in new regions.

Expansion to other countries of Middle East and South America with payroll delivery capabilities is expected soon. Merdan Halilov, Intercomp’s Global Account Management Leader, commented:  “Clients, old and new are asking us to provide multi-country payroll operations in 81 countries today. We are continuously investing to expand our geographical coverage by 2-3 countries per month to satisfy the demand for the services. If our existing client asks us to provide in-house support for a completely new country next month, our model is robust enough to execute it within 6 weeks, at a minimum cost.”

Intercomp Global Services develops and runs its own proprietary payroll software. Its centralized operations center brings true consistency in global service delivery. Intercomp offers a single contract, single SLA, single interface and single point of contact with tools that all contribute to harmonized payroll across multiple locations leading to a better bottom line. Regular internal and external audits support our process and keep us keenly focused.

Pauline Hollan, Intercomp’s Global Expertise Leader added: “With our 16 years of experience in multi-country payroll service, we focus on achieving the optimum solution between in-house and vendor solutions when choosing new countries, always taking into consideration complete compliance and best quality of service.”
