The Conference is designed for scholars, publishers, IT specialists, librarians and university officials from Ukraine and other countries.
Registration fee:
Registration fee is 200 UAH (Participation in the Conference for ELibUkr Consortium’ participants and for Ukrainian Fulbright Circle’ members is free of charge).
The Organizing Committee does not cover expenditures (travel costs, accommodation and meals). Organization committee can help with the participant’s transfer&accommodation upon the individual requests.

If you need personal invitation to the Conference, please, apply for it to the Organizational committee till the February 20, 2015.
If you want to make a speech or presentation please, send conference proceedings (PDFs, PPTs etc.) and short abstract (in Ukrainian or English) to the Organizational committee.
The committee will regard all applications and inform you about the decision to include your speech into the program. All speeches and presentations will be deposited in open e-archive eKMAIR.
The Organizational Committee will support the deposit of the best proceedings at International open archives.
Registration deadline: February 20, 2015.
The introduction of speeches into the Conference plan will depend on the Program committee decision. Placement of your speach in the final program will depend on the program and on the determination of the organizers.
