This year the Ukrainian Community of Developers compiled their first Ukrainian Software Companies Rating. It involved 20 software companies from 9 Ukrainian cities.

For the evaluation the companies were asked to fill in the online forms. More than 2 thousand employees participated in the questionnaire poll. The companies were estimated under 10 criteria including social package, job satisfaction, career opportunities, etc. For healthy and fair competition the companies were split into three categories by their size, and a number of nominations were issued within each category. According to the rating Intetics took the second place in the list of the best Kharkiv companies.
