A professional workshop and round–table discussion “IT Project Management and Effective Relationships with Customers”, organized by Intetics Co. (www.intetics.com), took place on April 17, 2010 in Minsk, Belarus. Within the workshop the leading Belarusian specialists discussed a number of the most topical issues of IT project management and customer satisfaction. The workshop was targeted at and attended by a lot of project managers, department leaders, top management of IT companies, and other specialists that are directly involved into interaction with customers.
The workshop was focused on the following issues:
“Such workshops should be held at least quarterly,” – says Oleg Ridchenko, Director of Project Management at Intetics and the workshop leader. “We are working on the next workshop already, where we are going to add more cases and role situations.”
