It was the Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Solution Providers Awards category that Itransition made the finals. The evaluation process provided by the independent panel of consultants and editors put a special emphasis on the ability of a software company to address the need for such a software solution that could help customers gain an exceptional business advantage. Furthermore, each entry had to reveal a positive reference from the company’s customers as well as good business practices and successful ongoing service.

“With finalists from 16 countries these awards are obviously now being seen as the window to the skills of the European IT channel,” comments John Chapman, Editorial Director at IT Europa.

Submitting the entry for the judges’ evaluation Itransition represented its e-commerce solution developed to speed up the operational performance of online dropship service. It became possible due to the creation of a bespoke Retailer System. That solution received a significant endorsement from Itransition’s customer who was fully satisfied with the business gains after the system deployment: a new retailer e-shop set up time scaled down from 7 to less than 1 day. Moreover, the Retailer System proved to drive the customer’s efficiency in order management and foster its competitiveness within the online trade market much higher than it was previously expected.
