Luxoft, a leading global provider of advanced application and product development services, today announced that it has achieved Capability Maturity Model® Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV) version 1.2 Maturity Level 5 for its Aerospace Customer Delivery Center. Level 5 is the highest maturity level attainable under the thorough standard and demonstrates top effectiveness, efficiency and quality achieved with product and services development offerings.

“The level 5 rating is a significant achievement for Luxoft and is a direct result of our strict commitment to delivering quality solutions that meet challenging customer demands,” said Dmitry Loschinin, president and CEO, Luxoft. “Our ability to continuously evolve and re-evaluate our offerings and internal processes allows us to remain agile and respond quickly to changing customer and market needs. The CMMI rating validates our success in this endeavor and gives us a significant competitive differentiator in the market as a result.”

The CMMI ratings are conducted by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Mellon University, a federally funded research and development center. Using the Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI), Luxoft was evaluated on quality ratings relative to CMMI models and development efforts in its aerospace delivery sites located in the U.S., Russia and Vietnam.
