Luxoft, a member of IBS Group and provider of advanced application and software engineering outsourcing services, today announced its collaboration with Atmel® Corporation (Nasdaq: ATML), a leader in microcontroller, touch technology and wireless solutions, to offer a broad range of wireless application development and quality assurance services designed specifically for ZigBee® Smart Energy™ standards.
