LVIV, Ukraine – June 22, 2010 – N-iX, leading Ukrainian vendor of software solutions and engineering services, is going to participate in Lviv Outsourcing Forum II on June 26th.

Lviv Outsourcing Forum II will be conducted on a topic “Growth Problems of Outsourcing Companies”. It is relevant as today’s Ukrainian IT market is growing rapidly – from 8 000 to 14 400 IT employees during last seven years. But only 20% of companies have 50 and more employees that indicates a growing number of small enterprises. So the main goal of the Forum is to outline problems that companies experience while growing and how to avoid them.

Such issues will be discussed:

• Is it possible to close a gap in graduates’ knowledge?
• What to do to develop your team constantly?
• What changes of infrastructure does the company growth require?

It is expected that lots of IT specialist from Lviv region will participate in Lviv Outsourcing Forum II, as it was on first LOF in March 2010. This time among speakers will be Olexiy Skrypnyk, head of Lviv IT-BPO cluster with report “Growth from 30 to 200”, Rostyslav Chayka, founder of Lviv Startup Club with report “Education system”, Roman Khmil, country head of Global logic Ukraine, Viktor Mazniuk, President of Ukrainian Hi-Tech initiative, Yarema Savula, dean of the faculty of applied mathematics at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and others.
