Pursuant to § 5 clause 1 point 22 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be published by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent of the information disclosure of which is required under the laws of a state which is not a member state (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, item 259 ), the Management Board of Sygnity Spolka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, hereby informs on an appointment of a supervisory person.

The Management Board of Sygnity S.A. informs hereby that the General Meeting held on 1 July 2009 appointed Mr Jan Wozniak as a member of the Supervisory Board of Sygnity S.A.

Mr Jan Wozniak has university education and is a graduate of the Faculty of Foreign Trade of the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw. The course of his professional work: from 2004 to June 2008 the Managing Director of the Treasury Division, a Member of the Management Board of HSBC Bank Polska SA, in the years 2001 – 2004 a Vice-Managing Director for Sales of the Treasury Division of Bank Handlowy in Warsaw, in the years 1997 – 2001 the Director of the Sales Department of the Treasury Division of Citibank (Poland) S.A., in the years 1994 – 2001 Market Risk Manager and Product Development Manager in Citibank (Poland) SA.

At present he holds the functions of:

• the President of the Management Board of DSW AFM Sp. z o.o.
• the President of the Management Board of SUNVITA Sp. z o.o.
• a Member of the Supervisory Board of BOMI S.A.
• a Member of the Supervisory Board of FOR-NET S.A.
• the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EURO-GUARD Sp.z o.o.
• the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of EUROPLAZMA Serwis Sp. z o.o.

From 1 July 2009, Mr Jan Wozniak has been holding the function of a Member of the Supervisory Board of Techmex S.A. and PALIO S.A.

Mr Jan Wozniak does not participate in a competitive company as a partner of a civil partnership, partnership or a member of a body of a capital group. He does not participate in another competitive legal entity as a member of its body.

Mr Jan Wozniak is not recorded in the Insolvent Debtors Register run pursuant
to the KRS (National Court Register) Act.
