Memorandum between the Bulgarian and Spanish (Extramaduran) Associations from  the  ICT sector

On 9th of June in Sofia, Bulgaria was signed a Memorandum of understanding between  the Bulgarian ICT branch organizations – ASTEL, BAIT, BASSCOM, the Bulgarian ICT Cluster  and associations form Extremadura, Spain-  the Association of Knowledge Cluster, the Association of ITC Cluster and the Federation of Associations of Technology and Information companies of the Extremadura (FIEX).

The Memorandum was an expression of the organizations’ common wish and intention to establish reciprocal collaborating, coordinating and complementary synergies in the aspects of: information exchange in both economical and commercial issues, dissemination of trade interests among the organizations’ members, support in promoting businesses in the technological sector (e.g. seminars, working days based on training, carried out by specialists from Bulgaria and Extremadura). All the associations agreed on gathering their strengths for establishing mechanisms and structures of collaboration in the area of procedure design software, software production and ITC networks installation as well as any area related to Information and Communication Technologies.
