AS MicroLink Eesti, wholly owned by AS Eesti Telekom, is selling its enterprise resource planning and software development operations, Eesti Telekom announced on Tallinn Stock Exchange. 

In order to focus on offering ICT outsourcing, AS MicroLink Eesti has decided to quit its enterprise resource planning and software development operations, by selling them to AS Helmes.                                                     

From now on, AS MicroLink Eesti will concentrate on providing ICT outsourcing, such as information management, IT systems hosting and management for businesses as well as training computer users and top specialists.                        

The sale of dispensable operations of its subsidiary will not have great impact on AS Eesti Telekom economic results.
