On May 19, 2010 a meeting of government delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan headed by Prime-Minister Karim Masimov with Belarusian IT companies was held in Minsk, Belarus.

The meeting was organized by the Belarusian Ministry of Communications and Informatization within the Belarus-Kazakh economic forum.

IBA received a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Communications and Informatization for contribution to the meeting and demonstration of basic results of the state program “E-Belarus”.

In his letter, Nikolai Pantelei, Belarusian Minister of Communications and Informatization, said: “Successful handling of organizational and technical problems when conducting the event will contribute to the growth of the Belarus prestige throughout foreign offices of communications, international organizations and companies involved in the IT and telecommunications sector, as well as attract investment to the ICT industry of Belarus.”
