IBA received a reference from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus. Since 2002, IBA has been collaborating with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection on the creation of Chancellor-based Electronic Document Management (EDM) System, workflow automation, and follow-up control.

In his letter, Valeri Ryndin, Head of Control and Workflow Department, says: “The IBA-developed EDM system allowed for document workflow automation, document registration management, and follow-up actions. Thus, the implemented software improved labor organization and paperwork quality in the Ministry. The implementation of the project became possible thanks to involvement of highly qualified IBA experts.”
